PostHeaderIcon Tough Cookie ~ CT Art of Freya ~ PTU

 photo toughcookiepage_zpsvlhd46k4.png
This is my tag cause it has a lot of personal meaning.  I am using Freya's tube Bianca Jane.  I am using the kit African Beauty by Pink Paradox Productions.  In this process, you can gradient glow and/or drop shadow at anytime.  All sizes are different cause I have to size them down or up.  I start with my 700 x 700. The papers I am using are numbers 4, 5, n' 32.  I used the masks gemsmask16, TBT_HeartMask2, n' GrungeMask4byJenny.  The last two, you can find at Creative Misfits Creations. Ok, my last layer is paper 5 with the gems mask.  Paper 4 is next with the Heart mask.  Element 87 I colored to match my tube, and it is on there in a corner how I wanted, duplicated, mirrored, flipped, n' pulled up to match where the other one is.  I duplicated that layer, flipped, mirrored, n' merged down. Element 76 was put across the image, duplicated, mirrored, merged down, duplicated, n' flipped.  Element 99 was put where I wanted it seen, duplicated, flipped, n' merged down. Element 100 was put where I wanted it seen, duplicated, flipped, n' merged down.  Element 77 was put where I could see it right, duplicated, flipped, n' merged down.  Element 109 was placed how I wanted it seen.  I had to size it to fit.  Element 104 is in front of that, n' I sized it to put it how I wanted it seen.  Element 79 was put so it could be seen in the middle, duplicated, flipped, n' merged down.  Element 75 was placed how I wanted it seen, duplicated, mirrored, merged down, duplicated, flipped, n' merged down. Element 83 was placed how I wanted to see it, duplicated flipped, merged down, duplicated, free rotated 90 degrees, n' merged down.  Element 157 was placed to see, duplicated, mirrored, n' merged down.  Paper 32 was used with the remaining mask.  Element 159 was put in the middle of the image.  From there, you put your tube where you want, artist's copyright, your watermark, the statement you want, n' a name.  I hope you enjoy the tut cause I liked creating the tag!

PostHeaderIcon Imperfections Show ~ CT for Freya

 photo imperfectionsshowpage_zpsedvyrmoj.png
This is my newest tutorial for Freya.  I used the tube Bianca Monroe.  I used the kit Wishes For The World by Wicked Princess Scraps.  I am not sure it is still available.  I had fun with it.  At any time, you can gradient glow and/or drop shadow.  My process is to play with the masks n' papers to form a background I like. I used papers 3, 8, n' 10.  The masks I used were TBTPHeartMask2, TBT_Square2013Mask2, and TBT_SplayMask3.  You can find the masks at Creative Misfits Creations.  The bottom layer is paper 10 with the Square mask.  Paper 3 is next with the Heart mask.  The bug element is next.  I placed it in a corner how I wanted it seen, duplicated, mirrored, duplicated, flipped, dupicated, mirrored, and merged all those down to one layer.  The Glitter Splatter element is next.  It was done the same way. Placed how I liked to see in a corner with duplicate and four corners covered.  The Canisters are the next layer.  I put them how I wanted them seen, and I did the same for them to be in all four corners.  The Luggage Stack is in front of that the same way.  The Card Stack is above that done the same way.  The Candle element is in front it that with the same process.  The Heartclip is in front of that with one placed how I wanted in front of the candle, duplicated, flipped, and merged down. The Circletripleframe is in front of that.  I placed it where I wanted on a mid part of the tag, and I flipped the image, so it was in two places in the mid area.  The Faded Frame2 is in front of that, and Faded Frame is in front of it in two different sizes.  One is the size it is, and one is 100 pixels larger.  Faded Frame2 is the same size as the larger Faded Frame.  Paper 8 is in front of that with the Splay mask.  The Flower Scatter is in front of that with it placed how I wanted on the top, duplicated, and flipped to the bottom, too.  I merge them all down. The Butterfly Trail is the next layer.  I placed it how I wanted it to size on one side, duplicated, flipped, and merged down.  From there, I put the tube with my grey scale layers colored to match my background, my artist's copyright, my watermark, my statement, and a name.  I hope you enjoy!  Karee  Hugz~~

PostHeaderIcon CT ~ Ass has Spunk n' Sass ~ Freya PTU

 photo myasshasspunknsasspage_zpscseau1ey.png
This is my newest CT tag for Freya!  I am using the tube Bianca Cherry.  It has many different colors.  I am using a kit by heppy from PFD called Blue Valentine Gothic.  I has a lot of stuff to play with.  At any time in this process, you can gradient glow and/or drop shadow.  I like to make things darker.  The papers I used are 3, 5, 6, 9, n' 10.  The masks I used are TBT_CircleMask2 n' TBT_ChristmasStarMask.  They can be found at Creative Misfits Creations.  I start with a 700 x 700 Image in my PSP.  Paper 5 is on the bottom with the TBT_Circle mask.  I repeated the same mask and moved things around with paper 6 next, n' paper 10 was after that.  Element 75 was placed how I could see it in the bottom right had corner, duplicated, mirrored, and merged down.  Element 72 was put on the right side how I wanted to see it, duplicated,  and placed the same was on the other side.  Those layers were merged down.  Element 60 was placed on the side how I wanted to see it, duplicated, mirrored, moved to where I wanted that one, and merged down. Element 66 was put on there, so the blue can look through.  Element 51 is behind element 6.  I had to size element 6 to fit the other the way I wanted it to.  Paper 3 with the Christmas mask is in front of that.  Element 32 was put in front of that. Paper 9 was in front of that with the same Christmas mask.  Element 56 is next.  I placed it how I wanted on one side, duplicated, mirrored, moved that one the way I wanted, and merged down.  Element 32 was put on sized how I wanted and had been flipped.  In front of it, element 40 with a duplicate, flip, and merge down are in front of that.. Both moved how they could fit together for me.  The tube is the next layer. Then, I have element 100 sized much smaller and colored with hue n' saturation the color I wanted.  Element 40 is in front of it, too, only it is sized a lot smaller n' how I wanted.  From there, we put the artist's copyright, my watermark, my statement, n' a name!  Hope you enjoy!  Would love to see your tags.  Hugz~~ Karee

 photo fatallydeviousfreyapage_zpssd5nohjh.png
My newest tut for Freya is Fatally Devious.  I am using the tube Razor Seducia.  This tube comes with many color options and is easy to match.  The kit is Fallen Angel by Pink Paradox Productions.  She have it in blue n' purple, too.  You can gradient glow and/or drop shadow whenever in this process. I start with my image of 700x700.  The papers I used were 2 n' 33.  The masks are gemsmask168 n' 171.  You can find them at Gem's Taggin Scraps.  The final layer is paper 2 with the 168 mask.  Element 133 was sized how I wanted in a corner, duplicated, mirrored, and merged down.  Element 132 was done the same way, but I put it in all four corners.  Element 130 was placed how I liked in an upper corner, duplicated, mirrored, and merged down.  Element 98 was sized and turned how I wanted n' done the same way.  Element 118 n' Frame 14 were next.  I made the web element look like it was in the frame behind it where I wanted.  Paper 33 is with the other mask, next.  Element 165 was put how I wanted it to appear on the image, next.  Element 166 was put behind the front elements how I wanted it seen.  Element 138 was put in next for more lightening effect.  Element 136 was sized how I wanted and put on there.  I put element 135 in front of it how I wanted, so you can see both flame elements.  Element 139 was placed in front of the flames to show how much I wanted.  Element 137 of lightening was put on one side to see it, duplicated, mirrored, moved how I wanted, and merged down.  Element 140 was sized how I wanted and put on where I wanted.  I put the tube in the moon element by selecting with the magic wand, promoted the selection, and I used the eraser tool for what I didn't want.  From there, I put the tube how I wanted, Freya's copyright, my watermark, the statement I wanted, and placed a name where I wanted.  Hope you enjoy, n' I would love to see others stuff, but it never happens.  Hugz~~ Karee

PostHeaderIcon I Heart My Homies ~ CT Freya with special tube n' collab

 photo iheartmyhomiesfreyasm_zpsmsk8qwcm.png
With this tag, I am using a great special tube and collab by Freya at Smiley Creations.  You can get the tube, two scrap kits, and four CU elements for $5.00.  It is a good buy!  The tube comes with a pin up, but you will see it below.  The kit I used was Kristin's one.  The papers were 2, 6, and 9.  The masks were 155InsatiableDreams, DevilishMask2byTonya-vi, and gemsmask40.  The first two can be found at Creative Misfits Creations.  The last one is from Gems Taggin Scraps.  I caught up with them, I think. My image is 700x700 using Paint Shop Pro X2 Ultimate.  The last layer is paper 6 with the Devilish mask.  The web element is on top of it.  I put it in a corner how I wanted it seen, duplicated, mirrored, duplicated, flipped, duplicated, mirrored, and merged them all down. Paper 2 is next with the 155 mask.  The Butterfly 2 element is next.  I put it on a side how I wanted, duplicated, mirrored, and merged down.  The Doodle element is next put in a corner how I wanted, and I did the four corners to merge them down to one layer.  The Splatter element is next. I placed it how I wanted in the middle of the top, duplicated, flipped, and merged down.  The Lights element is next.  I placed it how I wanted it to be seen at the top, duplicated, flipped, and merged them down. The balloons element is next.  I placed them in a corner to see how I wanted, and I did the four corners to merge down to one layer.  Paper 9 is next with the gemsmask.  The noose element is next.  Placed where I wanted with a duplication, mirror, and merge down.  The Sparkles element is next.  I put one side how I wanted on the image, duplicated it, mirrored, flipped, and merged down.  I used the eye element and the hands element, too, for the tag.  From there, put your tube, artist copyright, whatever statement (if wanted), and a name.  Below, is another take on it with the pin up and smiley used.  Hope you enjoy!  Hugz~~ Karee

PostHeaderIcon Watching You... CT for Freya Langford-Sidebottom PTU

 photo watchingyoufreyasm_zpsje0kdwlx.png
Here is my newest tutorial called Watching you... with Freya's tube Bianca Desirous.  The kit I am using is Gothic Moments by Herbert Frehen on Facebook aka HF Projekte and/or heppy at PFD.  I do mine with 700 x 700 image.  You can gradient glow and/or drop shadow anytime in the process.  I am using masks gemsmask34 and gemsmask36.  You can get them at Gem's blog.  There are many, so you can grab ones I don't have yet.  I am behind, but illness does that.  Papers I used are 1 and 5.  The last layer is paper 1 with mask 34 on it, and paper 5 is in front with 36.  I sized them much bigger to be seen.  Element 58 is next.  I put it on a side to see it the way I wanted, duplicated, mirrored, and merged down.  Element 57 is next.  I put it the size I liked in a top corner, duplicated, mirrored, duplicated, flipped, duplicated, mirrored, and merged all layers down.  Element 52 was sized and placed in a corner the way I wanted and done the same way as 57.  Element 102 was sized how I liked, next, to show some at the top the way I wanted.  Element 66 was sized how I wanted and put next.  The moon and skull have to figure in, so might do all at once.  Element 85 was next moved under the moon to look more like a cloud effect.  Element 47 was placed on a side how I wanted, duplicated, mirrored, and merged down.  Element 67 was placed on the side how I wanted, duplicated, mirrored, and merged down.  Element 75 was placed how I wanted in the image next.  Element 129 was placed on there twice and merged down.  I put a gradient glow of black on it, so putting Element 134 down on it made the white stick out.  Element 146 was placed on a side where I wanted, duplicated, mirrored, and merged down.  Element 143 was sized to fit in the moon and the properties were changed to screen.  Element 72 was next placed how I wanted one on either side and merged down.  Element 82 was placed where I wanted on top to be able to duplicate, flip, and merge down.  From there, I put my tube, my copyright, my watermark, and my statement.  Below is another tag with the same tube, but the kit I used is called I am not broken by Broken Sky Dezine.  It was another thought on it.

PostHeaderIcon Drop Dead Sexy ~ Freya CT PTU

 photo dropdeadsexyfreyasm_zpsvug92bai.png

Here is a new tutorial I created for Art of Freya/Freya Langford-Sidebottom.  You can get her tubes at Art of Freya, and she has a Facebook page with the name Art of Freya, too!  Join us in the fun!  This tube has a pin up version, too.  The scrap kit I used is called Fright Night by Amy Marie.  You can find it at her store under Fright Night in the search bar.  Right now, it is on sale for a dollar.  I used papers 6, 13, and 17. I used masks gemsmask16, gemsmask34, and MakeAMaskGrungeCM02Slow2013.  Gems masks can be found at her blog.  She has a ton that I haven't kept up with, and the other is from Creative Misfits Creations. During this process, you can gradient glow/drop shadow at any point you want.  I will start from the last layer, even if that isn't how I create.  My way is crazy.  The last layer is paper 18 with gemsmask34.  Element 11 and 12 are the next layer.  I put each one where I wanted kind of on top of each other, duplicated, mirrored, and flipped. Merged them all down to one, so the two were all together.  Next layer, I have paper 17 with the MakeAMaskGrunge, and the next layer is paper 6 with the same mask.  Element 4 is the next layer.  I put it where I wanted it, duplicated, mirrored, merged those two, duplicated it, flipped it, and merged those together.  Paper 13 is the next layer with gems 16 mask.  Element 58 is the next layer.  I put one on the bottom to the left where I could see it, duplicated, flipped, mirrored, and merged them down.  On occasions, I move the flipped item more to where it can be see and/or where I want it. Element 54 is put next.  I put it where I could see part of it on both sides.  Element 99 is used twice in this.  It is the next layer place a little below the last element.  More seen on the right side.  Element 75 is next.  I have it on there about four times cause I put them at the bottom of the tag behind the white to be seen as I wanted them to, and I merged all of them together.  Element 109 was put in a corner like I wanted, duplicated, mirrored, merged, duplicated, flipped, and merged down, again. Element 110 is next, and it was done the same as the last element.  Element 3 is placed next with the duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip, duplicate, mirror, and merge, again.  Element 5 was put to look like it is in the pentacle, duplicated, flipped, and merged.  I made sure it wasn't seen outside the pentacle.  Element 14, the pentacle, is in front of that.  The next layer is element 22 or 97 cause they look the same, but different sizes.  I just made sure it was a size that fit the bottom of my image.  Element 2 is next. I put it where I wanted, duplicated, flipped, and merged them down. Element 38 was sized smaller, and I put it in the left corner where I wanted it.  I put a sized differently element 99 in front of it.  From there, you have to have a tube, artist copyright, your watermark, a statement if you like, and a name.  Hope you enjoy the tutorial!  The kit has numerous elements and papers to create a ton of stuff!  Hugz~~  Karee

PostHeaderIcon Love Bites! CT for Freya ~~

 photo lovebitesfreyasm_zps63c35056.png
I am using the tube Romaine Snow by Freya Langford-Sidebottom.  You can find it here at Art of Freya.  She sells in her Etsy store, and she has great work!  The kit is a clearance kit by Amy Marie that you can find here at her store.  It is called Maggie.  Very cheap to make a V day tag with!  Ok, we start like always with gradient glow and/or drop shadow anywhere you want in all of this.  My image is usual size.  I did use some plug ins, but it is just bevel by alien eye candy 5.  Papers used are 14, 15, and 18.  Masks used are 400x450msk023LT, 400x450msk015LT, and AP_SparkleMask1.  All can be found on the page of Creative Misfits Creations.  Ok, I started my layers with papers.  Paper 15 is the bottom with the 015LT mask.  The paper 14 is in front of it with the 023LT mask.  Element 60 is next.  I placed one where I wanted, duplicated, mirrored, duplicated, flipped, duplicated, mirrored, and I merged all four layers down.  Element 7 is in front of that.  I placed it in a corner in a way I wanted it to be seen, duplicated, mirrored, duplicated, flipped, duplicated, mirrored, and I merged those layers down.  Element 14 is next just placed in the center.  Paper 18 is in front of that with the last mask.  Element 40 is next with it placed how I wanted, mirrored, and pulled down to where I wanted.  Element 59 is next with it mirrored and flipped.  I always merge them down to one layer.  Element 41 was placed in a corner how I wanted, duplicated, mirrored, duplicated, flipped, duplicated, mirrored, and merged all the layers down. Element 21 was put in the middle sized to fit.  Element 68 was sized to fit a side, duplicated, mirrored, and merged down.  Element 33 was placed on the side how I wanted, duplicated, mirrored, and merged down. I used the bevel plug in on it.  Element 53 was put on the top where I wanted, duplicated, flipped, and merged down.  Element 72 is next at the top how I wanted, duplicated, flipped, and merged down.  Element 9 is the last one.  I sized how I wanted, duplicated, mirrored, and merged down.  I colored the tube to match the background with the greyscale layers.  Put on my artist copyright, my number, my watermark, and my statement with a name.  Hope you enjoy!  Remember, any renditions can be sent to my email, even though that never seems to happen!  I, honestly, would love to see your stuff!  Hugz~~ Karee
